6. What is a "Preorder" and what is the benefit?
- All orders that you placing before 10 PM and scheduled to deliver for next day or later is called "Preorder". Only "Arabind Member" can place "Preorder". We promotes "Preorder" as it will help us to reduce our fish wastage. We will give 5% additional cash back when you placing a "Preorder". While placing order we will show only the tentative rates, actual rate will decide only after we purchasing the fish on the order day from the market. We giving 100% control to you for managing your order based on any price variation

- Cash on delivery
- Credit card swipe on delivery (Our delivery man will carry mobile credit card swiping machine)

9. What is your refund policy?
- For "Arabind Member":
- You can return our fishes within 24 hour if you are unsatisfied with its quality, even after cooking.
- For Non-"Arabind Member"
- You can return our fishes within 2 hour if you are unsatisfied with its quality, original invoice is required.

10. When you will calculate my Cash Back amount?
- We will calculate cash back after the successful delivery of order. The calculated amount will be credited to your account after that. You can view your cash back statement by login into www.arabind.com

11. What is the procedure to redeem my Cash Back?
- You can use the cash back balance for the payments of your purchases. For example, if you are getting a cash back balance of 50 in the month of January and you placing an order of amount AED 52 on 2nd February, you have to pay only AED 2 for that purchase!
- When you are placing an order online, you can find a check box against "Redeem my cash back in next invoice" just above to the Payment Method option in last page of the order. Please check this option to redeem your cash back.
